November CEO Update

November CEO Update

Hey Friends!

As you know, this month marks the one-year anniversary of HeroMe.  It’s hard to believe it’s only been one year since we launched, but we’ve had some incredible experiences in the course of 12 short months.  From opening the first shipment of HeroMe parts, to visiting kids at the Ronald McDonald House, to launching the female HeroMes concept at One Spark, to summer field trips with our mobile HeroMe Cart, we’ve been so lucky to have your encouragement and support – thank you.  I won’t sugar coat things and say it’s always been easy; HeroMe is a startup after all.  We’ve had our share of frustrations, but the good days far outweigh the challenges, and we are so excited for what lies ahead.

Speaking of what lies ahead, we’re excited to bring you our first monthly newsletter.  With the launch of our new website last month, we have more flexibility to communicate, keep you up to date on our new projects, and receive your feedback.  We hope you enjoy our newsletters, and if you want to be in touch more frequently you can always find us on facebook or email me at josh.bryan@heromelab.com.  Seeing a child’s excitement when he or she creates a HeroMe has easily been the best part of the past year - so keep sending us your pictures!  We know you have many options when it comes to toys for your kids, and we are so thankful for the trust you’ve placed in us to provide a high quality, safe toy that encourages your child’s creativity.  Thank you for this year, and I look forward to many more to come.

Best,

Josh
